How do I create an account for my charge card?
Why do I need an account?
To use your charging card for public, semi-public or your own charge point with RFID reader, you are required to have an account.
For some optional services, such as online monitoring, you also need an account to access our platform for online monitoring.
How do I register an account?
First, go to the My Pluginvest (at the top of your screen). Then click on "Register" in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.
It is important that you correctly indicate which type of client you are. This can be done in 2 ways and they will be treated in 2 different ways. You can register as:
End user (for private persons)
ATTENTION: If you want to register as an employee, please contact your fleet manager.
What do I need to consider when registering an account?
For companies you are required to enter a VAT number. If the registration form does not accept your VAT number, it is probably because the VAT number was entered in the wrong format. The form will only accept the format recognised by the VIES search engine.
If you’re experiencing problems entering the VAT number in the form, as a company, you may create a private account and add the VAT number in the comments section.
If you have already received a charge pass (card or badge), you can add it to your account immediately. You can find more information on how to do so here.
