Have you already created an account on the My Pluginvest platform?

Then you can now link your charge card to your account! You will need to complete this step before you will be able to charge with your charge card. Log in to the My Pluginvest platform and follow the steps below.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on ‘ Cards ’ in the menu on the left
   
   

2. Enter your charge card ID (BE-PLUG-XXXXX-0)
   
   

3. Important: Please do NOT tick the box saying "Yes, I would like to use my card at charge points of other providers. (This is not mandatory)"  for Charge@Public.
   If you would like to activate the Charge@Public subscription, please mention this in the next step. 
   
   

4. Send an email to operations@pluginvest.eu with your charge card ID (and with the request for Charge@Public if applicable).
